My CS5 Dreamweaver has a blank Browserlab panel, are there settings to correct this?

I recently had to upgrade my operating system from 32-bit Windows 7 to 64-bit Windows 7 to get Flash Catalyst to work. After re-installing the CS5 Creative Master Suite, I cannot get to the Browserlab. The Browserlab panel is completely blank in Dreanweaver. Are there settings anywhere I can change to re-connect? It was working in the original setup under Windowss 7 32-bit.

I've never been able to get BrowserLab working in a useable way with Dreamweaver. Better just to open BrowserLab directly in the browser and enter the address manually.

What URL address do you use when you're still creating something on your computer? I can sign in to Browserlab, but you cannot browse your computer to let the program find it. I tried starting with "c:/" and it did not work. I also tried "file://" and "file://c:". Nothing works.
