Action Script 3 for more than one animation on one stage (Ten altogether)

Dear people,

I have put together a flash animation that contains 11,500 frames that make up Ten Animations.

I have made some buttons for play pause rewind and it works fine BUT it wont work for the second animation or the third etc (to Ten).

I am finding it very hard to work out and would appreciate any help from anyone.

What is the correct action script procedure for linking these Ten animations to one set of pause play and rewind buttons

I have also tried making different buttons with different instances for each animation but that does not work either and am totally at a loss.

The Action script code and its instances only seem to work for one animation - How do you get them to work for the other Ten.

Could anyone please describe a play pause and rewind example for one animation and a play pause and rewind example for another animation so that I can clearly get the gist of things

It would be very very much appreciated as I am really stuck (I dont need to use labels as the animations are well defined - I'm just stuck on the play pause n rewind thing for all the animations

Thanks

Pretty please nicely

All the best

Bee Nice

do you want your 10 animations to play simultaneously or sequentially or something else?
