Spry Preload image or progress bar

i need the solution for spry image preloader having a loading message or loader alert...............more i have gone through all the discussion in this forum but all in vain.  my site is at below

    Before you start on preloading of images, there are many ways to speed up the loading of the site. Placing JS files at the nottom of your document, combining CSS and JS files, use CDN's etc.

     

    If you are using FF, get the YSlow plugin to analyse the loading pattern of the site.
