Acrobat Pro asking for password even to open a document?

My Acrobat Pro now asks for a password (system admin) to even open a PDF! When I close a PDf it asks to save metadata etc. Not sure when or why it statred nor have ai been able to make security changes to STOP this.. help?

    Are you trying to open password protected PDF ? Is your PDF located to shared/netwrok drive ? Could you provide me more details like OS, and Acrobat Version. Have you also tried to repair Acrobat install on the machine?

    Even when I OPEN the program it asks for the system passwords....

    And the watchband stays on FOREVER...

     

    System IOS 10.7.4

    Acrobat 8.3.1

     

    and anything O do to the document it asks for the password for the system... no matter where the PDF came form?
