I purchased the year subscription for photoshop CS6 and got a confirmation email etc. I went to my order history and click on download next to my CS6 purchase....and all I get is taken to a page for adobe cloud...which doesn't load. What do I need to do in order to actually be able to install this!!!!! I have tried using firefox and internet explorer. I have also tried right clicking on the download link and selecting open in a new tab....but I am getting absolutely no where with this. Any suggestions or help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!
The only help that adobe customer service could offer after telling me to clear the cookies out of my brower etc...was I'm sorry for the inconvience...please try again after sometime..........seriously?
