Email Recipient only see blank pdf

I am using adobe x and sending pdf files to multiple recipients , they are blank documents created on another computer , I fill in the blanks and send to reciepient and they get blank document, I have to print out the filled out document and scan it and resend for them to resend . Any help .

 

I was able to recreate the issue on my iphone , I can only see the blank document .

    Are you using Adobe Reader to fill the documents. how would you recieve these PDF(source). Are these PDF Forms?
