"The application Install.app can't be opened. -1712.

Downloaded and tried to install the Production Premium and get the error message "The application Install.app can't be opened. -1712.  Deleted the DMG file, redownloaded and get the same error....

    Where are you choosing to download the install files too?  What is the status of the download in the Adobe Support Advisor?
