Hi.
I´m having problems with AE CS6. Crash when opens with the following error:
Error: <140735275870560> <GPUManager> <2> Sniffer Result Code: 3
Reading for a while some opinions and forums, I found that may be an Open GL Issue or Video Card Drive.
I ´m working on a 3,47 GHz i7 990X Hackintosh, with 16 GB RAM (1066 Mhz DDr3) running OS X 10,6,8.
My graphics card is Ati XFX HD 6850 DDR5 1 GB
I just install this free soft, Open GL Extensions Viewer in order to try a drivers update, but nothing change...
Any toughts?
Thanks
Raulov
That´s in Windows. In mac may do the same check, I think.. There is a way to fool the Compatible cards? I mean, there is a lot of graphics cards outhere... Mine is not a bad one and I may accept that AE could run a litle bit slower.. but not run a all is a strong issue to consider in order to buy CS6 or not...
Anyone find a work-around for this annoying bug? I'm a MacPro, Lion 10.7.4, ATI Radeon HD6870, I get the same error. Running the latest AE CS6 update with no relief.
All other CS6 apps work wonderfully, _including_ OpenCL mercury hardware playback in Premier CS6. Needless to say, all other mac apps run brilliantly, FCPX, Motion, Cinema 4D, etc, etc
Get that exact same message in newly fresh installed Lion 10.7.4 and CS6 Production Premium. Should I understand from all the above questions/replies that this is related to ATI Radeon cards? (Mine is a Radeon 5450)...
Hackintosh too...
Is the only solution to switch to a nVidia graphic adapter ?
