Timesheet on PDF

I am not sure why I was brought to this section but I hope someone can answer my question! If I'm in the wrong section, can someone move this post to the right one?

 

I am working on making a timesheet on PDF and I saw this link - http://forums.adobe.com/thread/439885. I copied what the orignal poster did but the Total Hours Worked isn't working.

 

Not sure where I can attach the file that I'm working on.
