Importing PDF

Is there a way via applescript to import a group of PDFs into a multi-page document, so that each pdf will appear on a page?

I figure thats a broad question. I've just never attempted a multi page import and then on placing on multiple pages. Does indesign have some applescript shortcut code for this, or would I need to do loops for each Pdf to be placed on each PDF page.

Any suggestions on where to find info, or how to do something like this?

Do you want to write one by yourself, or do you just need the functionality?

If the latter: not an AppleScript, but Scott Zanelli's PDF Multipage Importer sounds like it should do the job: http://indesignsecrets.com/zanelli-releases-multipageimporter-for-impo rting-both-pdf-and-indd-files.php

Wow I think that will do what I need and more. it appears to be very versatile. I will have to experiment with the actual PDFs I will be using, but I think it will work
