Sound Choppy With New Flash Player

The newest flash player doesn't work for me while listening to audio on YouTube, Pandora, etc. Any type of video with audio the audio comes out choppy, skippy like. I have been going back and forth between 10.1.53.64 and your current version and the 10.1 one works fine, but when I switch back to the newer version I have the same audio issues again. Anything I can try to fix this problem?

Also so you know I have already uninstalled all versionsof Flash and downloading only the latest version and that didn't work.

Can I get someone to help me out here? This is becoming a real issue with my laptop and would greatly appreciate some type of feedback since this is a Flash issue.

Could you give our Flash Player 11.3 beta a try? We have some fixes in place for both audio and video related issues that might help in your case.

Thank you very much for helping me. I appreciate it. As for the issue I have actually tried it and it still seemed to be an issue. I will try it again though. Assuming it still doesn't fix the problem any other ideas/suggestions?

The next thing I'd try is to disable hardware acceleration to see if that helps.

How do I disable or enable hardware acceleration?

Instead of going back to 10.1, how does 10.3 work? With 10.3 you would at least have all of our latest security patches installed.

Where can I find direct downloads of Flash Player 10.3 for Windows or Macintosh?

I actually found that link to upgrade to 10.3 so I have been that for a couple days. That one works like 10.1 so all set there. I still cannot get the newer version of flash to work correctly though. I just tried the disable hardware acceleration and I wasn't able to do it. I did like you said and when I went to uncheck the box it did nothing. I clicked both left and right and the box just remained checked. I couldn't even click the Close button on the window. Not sure what's up with that? Maybe its because my flash version is not the current version? Should I try to uninstall the 10.3, install the current version and then do the disable acceleration thing again to see it allows me to do it?

Update: Just installed new version. It allowed me to uncheck enable and close this time around, but it didn't fix the audio problem unfortuantely. Back to 10.3 for this guy. Any other ideas??

Would you mind opening a new bug report on this issue? Please include a copy of your dxdiag report so we can take a look at your audio driver. If you post back with the bug number or URL, I can follow up internally.

I honestly don't know what you are talking about or how to do it. Guess I am just going to have to hope that the flash problem is fixed soon.

For me, this video has choppy audio. This one does not.

It seems that newer HD-ish videos have the audio problems.

I've submitted a playback issue thing, ATAjTT70RK30WIc, for the video with choppy audio.
