I have emails set up for users and they are working correctly. But when I put in a alias email and send a test email to that alias it is returned to me with the following:
Final-recipient: rfc822; info@xxxxx.com
Action: failed
Status: 5.1.1
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 5.7.1 <info@xxxxxx.com>: Recipient address rejected: user info@xxxxxxxx.com does not exist
Last-attempt-Date: Sat, 19 May 2012 00:54:08 +0000
Is there something I missing in the set up for email aliases?

I did get it resolved but support had to fix the problem. I also know someone who had the same problem with the email alias. We both could not get info@xxx.com to work.
