a few months ago, i constantly saw a print ad in some magazine or magazines. i liked it but didn't pay much attention. now, i would love to find the image and of course, i can't for the life of me find it. i've thumbed through magazines, searched google, flickr, istockphoto.com, getty, shutterstock, and others.
i'm reasonably certain (could be dead wrong) that the ad was in a computer mag, possibly photoshop-centric, like photoshop user or layers. and i think it was for software (one of the reasons that ad stood out; it seemed an odd but cool image), perhaps a plug-in, or maybe lightroom (4?).
it showed a spa scene, a white man with dark hair reclining in a luxury tub. side view, he was facing left. his left arm was hanging out of the tub. the tub had a beautiful green tile, and there was an overall green appearance to the image (if i'm recalling correctly).
keywords i've tried using: man, reclining, tub, bathtub, spa, green tile, luxury, software, ad
all in various combinations, and probably a few in desperation which i don't remember at the moment.
i apologize for asking here, but i really do feel like it was a photoshop magazine or software for photoshop, so i'm hoping somewhere here recalls the image and can at least direct me to one of the magazines. i saw it in several issues over time, or perhaps it was in several different mags and just took me a few weeks to a few months to read.
i do think it was around christmas 2011 when i first saw it, maybe a bit before, probably a bit after.
please let me know if you know the mag or a link to the image.
thank you for any help (and your patience with asking this question here)!
regards,
keith
I understand.
My wife will see a recipe, that she is impressed with, but then forget exactly which magazine it was, that had the recipe. We then spend an entire Sunday morning, pouring through every magazine in the house. Sometimes, we get lucky, but sometimes we do not.
Good luck, and will keep my eye out, should I run across such an ad. I probably spend more time analyzing ads, than reading much of the editorial content nowadays.
