I've been trying to install Creative Cloud on my computer at work which is behind a firewall but I can't get past downloading and updating AAM. I'm pretty sure it's the firewall that is blocking the download but I can't find any information about what ports nned to be open for for AAM to download and install. Any help would be appreciated.
Adobe Application Manager uses the standard port configuration if you have port 80 and 23 open you should be ok. Are you using a software firewall or hardware firewall? If it is a software firewall then you may need to give permission for the Adobe Application Manager to access the Internet.
