Why Did My Free Cs6 Upgrade not install?

I have been working on my Free Upgrade to Cs6 Production Premium for 6 1/2 hours now and still do not have it. This, after waiting weeks for the download.

I finally get it to install, but it ends up not installing the following:

PS 32 bit

PS 64 bit

AI 32 bit

AI 64 bit

Now I ask you.... If you wanted it to install any programs, wouldn't you want the ones that did not install?

How do I install this confusing, complicated, half-broken, non-supported Creative Suite ?

Thank you for any help you can give.

I would recommend beginning by using the Adobe Support Advisor - http://www.adobe.com/support/loganalyzer/ to analyze your installation logs. This should allow you to identify the appropriate corrective actions to resolve your difficulties.
