downloading CS6

when i try to download CS6 from my orders i just get a blank screen

    Well, until I actually hard-connected my machine to Ethernet to modem, the download of CS6 did not properly install. So, I would suggest you start by connecting your machine directly to Ethernet, make sure no other apps are running after a clean reboot, and follow sequential instructions very carefully.

     

    BTW...

    I'm no stranger to the upgrading/buying Adobe products having been doing it since shrink-wrapped Illustrator 1.0. And, since MacBooks are losing their ethernet ports and Adobe is releasing Creative Cloud, everything is going WIFI, etc.
