Hoizontal Swipe Problem

Hi,

 

I am new to the Digital Publishing Suite, but things seem to be making sense, except for the horizontal swipe.

 

I have a number of articles in the folio builder (all chapters of a family history), but I don't want the bi-directional swipe (up–down in an article and left–right to go between them). I have set the articles as horizontal swipe only. This works, except that my sequence is reversed — Chapter 1, Foreword, Front Cover. Even worse, the page sequence within each is also reversed when I look at it on the ACV on my iPad. Any suggestions are welcomed.
