Indesign to HTML5 with Wallaby - White Backgrounds

I have watched the video by Terry White 'Indesign to HTML 5' and followed it perfectly. I created an animated logo in Indesign, exported to FLA, then coverted to HTML5 with Wallaby.

Whenever I put it into a folio I get a white background, and not a transparency. I have ticked the Transparency box on the overlay. Any help would be greatly received...
