Should I have an Add-Ons Toolbar in 9 Pro Extended?

Using 9 Pro Extended on Windows 7.

I'm trying to get started using JavaScript.

Should I have an 'Add-Ons' Toolbar?

When I go to View/Toolbars I don't see anything with that name.

I've also looked under Tools and I don't see anything there for Add-Ons either.

Thanks for any help!

It will appear (or be displayable) after you add at least one toolbar button with JavaScript, using the app.addToolButton method: http://livedocs.adobe.com/acrobat_sdk/9.1/Acrobat9_1_HTMLHelp/JS_API_A croJS.88.134.html
