i have a feeling that my laptop is being hacked and i have a good feeling i know who it is, but first let me tell u why i think this is happening. before i got my own internet service through cricket broadband, i was using my neighbors internet service through comcast, ethernet connection. at that time i had signed up to work on the internet as a advertiser, selling celluar phones and used the ip address as my own before i found out that the ip address is linked to the providers address, which is right next door, my neigbors, 1577. i was expecting mail to be delivered to my address, 1575 but never got it. when i finally approched without accusing them i asked my neigbors if they accidently received any mail in my name, they got defensive automatically and accused me of accusing, when i just mentioned it, and if they did receive mail, to let me know. things got out of hand alittle, and thats when the plug got pulled. no internet service. i got some money together to get my own internet service, cricket broadband. ive been using it for a week now, and for some odd reason, my computer has been acting weird lately. so i investigate it, what i discovered is that if my laptop was previosly hook through my neighbors internet conection, they can still get into my laptop and get into my files and do only they know what. i'll tell u what though, their trying to get my info b/c they know im gonna get money, if i havent already got it. i feel like my email accounts are being tampered with, and/or configured  to where they get my email b/c when i expect email, i dont get them, or i get them like a day after, not as scheduled. passwords that ive changed, i never receive the passwords i have to curtain apps. also, i found out is that if their is another computer with the same configureations as my laptopt, they can impersonate my computer, through email. how do i approach this situation b/c i feel some criminal **** going on.
