I just signed up for cloud, the first application I tried to install was Acrobat X Pro, it says its installed but I cant find it, how can I re-install it or remove and install again?
You don't say what OS you're running.
If you're a Mac, open your Applications folder and use Spotlight to find Acrobat.
If you're a PC, use the Windows Find tool to locate it in your start/all programs menu.
If neither of those works, let's hope an Adobe employee can help you.
It is possible to cleanup old installations of Adobe Creative Suite products using the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool. You can use it to cleanup the old Acrobat installation and things should work after that.
