Unable to edit flvplayer.swf on Adobe pro cs6

Does anybody has idea how to edit flvplayer.swf on Adobe Pro CS6.I am getting below error. User Interface got misaligne and losts its actions and events for playing videos.

Flash does not edit swf files, you edit fla files and compile them to create swf files.

Yes, You are right, flash does not edit swf files.

But I am facing following issues while compiling flvplayer.swf file even
without changing the code

1) Looping has set to true by default (I have fixed this by calling stop
event at the end of second frame)

2) The flvpayer frame got mis-aligned

3) Unable to play the flash file using this player
