Ive just joined the cloud as a subscriber on the 11th May and now keep being asked to verify my email. I am not receiving apparent sent email from adobe and my email settings/account is fine. Therefore I cannot access the cloud account. I can log in successfully to the adobe site though no problem and have already successfully downloaded all the apps? Any help would be grateful
David, no i ve checked. Nothing has been received. Ive checked my settings and I am receiving Adobe email eg joined inspire magazine. Can also log into the main adobe site. Just not the cloud as it is asking for email verification and i should check my email.
If you log into the Adobe website with your Adobe ID and go to the My order section what is your order number for CCM?
Raff37, Captivate is not part of Creative Cloud, sounds like you have different issue, please post within the proper Captivate forum
I have the same problem.. can't log into creative cloud anmyore and didn't recieve any verfication email.. i got all other emails from adobe though (order confirmation, status updates about proof of academic id, ...)
