Why can't i play tutorials in adobe tv?

Neither in Fire Fox nor IE, with the latest Adobe Flash player installed, will the totorial clips play.

    You need a computer.  Oh, you have one?  What kind?    Some details might be helpful here.

     

    I just tested it, and the site seems to be working at the moment.

     

    I'll take a super wild shot in the dark:  Try adding adobe.com to your Trusted Sites list, making sure to uncheck the https box.

    Man, so many issues could cause the problem. From firewall to virus protectors to wrong version of flash installed or not installed at all to JavaScript being disabled to a virus on your computer. And I just skimmed some of the possibilities.

    When there is a problem that is this generic, it is extremely important to list what computer you have, its hardware list, version and name of the OS, version of browser, screen grabs of your list of plugins(browser), screen grab of any error messages and I am betting I forgot something.
