I have received a notice from adobe re auto renewal of Elements plus subscription. It indicates that I can stop the auto renewal from "My Account". Going to "my account" it shows the subscription but does not provide for anyway to cancel. It seems impossible to reach adobe for this (or any other ) support, Does anyone know how to do this short of sending a registered letter?
