Vector Lines & Curves

I have a line drawing with hundreds of small vectors that make up my lines and curves. Is there a way/function I can use that will cause them to become one solid vector line or curve with no visible breaks? I could use the pen tool to trace over everything but that would be time consuming. Is there an easier way?
