how to delete a website published on business catalyst?

Hi,

 

 

I tried muse software and published the website on business catalyst thanks to the link on Muse.

I would like to know how to delete this website, can you help me?

    Hi Elodie

     

    Login the into the admin first

    After login click on the Partner Portal link on the top.

    Click on clients tab

    Click the site that you want to delete

    Under Details section on the righthand side you will find [Delete site] option at the bottom right corner of details section or next to the Upgrade site button.

    Click Delete site button a feedback will be asked fill it if you want or just press the Delete site button at the bottom of the form and your site will be deleted

    Sorry,   I cant find the Partner Portal anywhere!!!   Does anyone know how to delete a muse site from Business Catalyst?

    thank you for your answer, but as James and David, I can't find this famous portal!I still don't know how to do...

    Hi guys

     

    I apologized for late reply as i was away form the station.

     

    Now to delete i find one more easy method

     

    Login the into the admin first

    ****Search "Partner" or  "Portal"  keyword on your browser by Ctrl +F .That wil help you to find Partner Portal link and click on it.

    Click on clients tab

    Click the site that you want to delete

    ****Search "Delete site" keyword on your brower by Ctrl +F. This will help to find where actually Delete site button is located

    Click Delete site button a feedback will be asked fill it if you want or just press the Delete site button at the bottom of the form and your site will be deleted

    Thank you for the feedback.   It appears the the version that is managed using the Cloud is different, and does not have a lot of options including the Partner Portal tab.   There is only one tab titled Manage Sites with a few sub level menus.   I have clicked every link and viewed every menu level there is no delete option or Parent Portal tab to be found.....

    I have the same problem and I also can't see "Parter" or "Portal" tab, maybe because I'm in trial version...?

    I also cannot find this link for Partner or Portal. I am a Creative Cloud subscriber. Any help on deleting sites would be much appreciated.

    I found myself the solution:

    1. I added an admin user in the site administration panel
    2. I opened the site administration panel with the new administrator user
    3. I deleted the old administrator who was the same as my creative cloud account
    4. I went on the home page of Businnes and entered as a Creative Catalyst Cloud user

     

    Now that the Creative Cloud user is no longer connected to the site can handle the main dashboard, where to find the "Partner Portal" link.

     

    This work for me.

    just go here and sign in with your adobe ID.  YOu can run a free version of Partner Portal

    Here you will see all your trial sites under Clients.

    When I go there I see all kinds of details about my hosted sites, but nowhere do I see a way to delete one of them. Any ideas ?

    I see no "delete" in the details area, nor anywhere.  Can you help me find it ?

    Do "delete" button to be found at my 'client' site. at the Partner Portal.  Any ideas ?

    This is pretty sad.  I am sure we are all seasoned  web site designers, developers or graphic designers.  And thrre is no obvious way to simpy deletet a site.  How sad.

    I finally heard from support, they said there is no way to delete a site, but they will fix that in the next upgrade which will be coming at the end of this month.

    Thanks to 'craft76 design' (above), I logged into the Partner Portal with my Adobe ID:

    and was able to delete one of my trial sites. I clicked on the tab called "Clients". Then I clicked on the link for "Details" under "Actions" by the name of my trial site. The [Delete Site] link is in brackets on the far right of the web page.

    Hi Andy

     

    Starting with the release R177, the delete site process has changed: all the live sites ( invoice partner or invoice customer) can be deleted by a partner user or an admin user from Site Admin - Site Settings - General Settings.
