Claims in the licensing are invalid

The Alchemy licensing documents states that any content released before August 1, 2012 will have a royalty free license. However, this is not possible since Alchemy is no longer available and neither is Alchemy 2. What was the point of droppping that in the document if you're going to force licensing across the board? Please confirm that it is in fact impossible to release content under the royalty free licence at this time and all content will effectively be subject to the royalty license.

Alchemy 1 is still available here http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/alchemy.html

As noted on the licensing page (http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flashplayer/articles/premium-features.edu. html) you should email fpl@adobe.com If you have a project under development that you intend to release before August 1st.
