I am having difficultly installing OnOne plug-ins (Mask Pro 4, and the free versions of Photoframe and Perfect Effects) into Photoshop CS5. The OnOne site help gives an updated installer for Mask Pro 4, and says to first remove the old one. How do I uninstall it? What is the trick to installing the correct one?
It would've helped if you provided info whether you are on a PC or a Mac. So I went to the onOne website, support and typed in "how to uninstall onOne software" and not only do they provide instructions on how to do it for a PC and Macs,
but also provide videos. If you still are having problems call their support line. My experiance with them, when needed has been fantastic. 1-888-968-1468
Thanks so much for your help. Shortly after I received your email I received one from OnOne tech support explaining that Mask Pro would only open with a layered file. This solved my problem with Mask Pro. I am still trying to get the free versions of Perfect Effects and PhotoFrame to work with Mac OS 10.6. I am watching the training videos, and will contact tech support again if the problems (an error message saying that the command Open Perfect Effects is unavailable, and stuck at the moving daisy with PhotoFrame) persist.
