Suddenly lost ability to post

May 22, 2012 3:47 AM

I am posting via email because I can’t post on the site—so I don’t know which forum this will go to...:-)....

Whenever I try to post a reply to a post in my threads, I get pink box saying I am “no longer logged in”, even though the page says I am logged in. Tried to post a new topic, and the same thing happened. How can I retrieve my posting ability?

I get recurring popup "Message from Webpage" windows saying Internal Server Error as I write.

Using IE8 32-bit. Don’t have any other browsers.

I am a single user on a single computer. Windows Home Premium 64-bit.

The inability to post started a few days ago and applies to all forums.

Thanks for any help!!

Janet

Try logging in and out again. Click on Sign out at the top right of the forum page, then use your email and Adobe password to sign back in. See if that works.

I’m not aware of a webmaster. Have you tried using a different browser?

Otherwise check your settings for Firefox and retention of cookies.

The good thing is that you're running Win7.  Install IE9:

    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/ie.aspx?q=internet+explorer&WT .mc_id=MSCOM_EN_US_DLC_ICONNAV_121LSUS007796

    It's excellent!

You can also ask a question in the general Adobe Forums forum about the error:
