Adobe reader X 10.1.3

When going on a pdf file linked on an intranet site the files download only partially and it freezes. Cleaned temporary files cookies and even tried with firefox but it does not help.

    What is your operating system, version & edition?

    Windows XP version 2002 Service Pack 3 and internet explorer 7 version 7.0.5730.13CO. It does not either with Firefox.

    Do you have that problem on only one computer, or does that happen on other computers as well?

     

    It might be the Intranet or file server that is too slow to respond.
