Construction Drawings with Comments and annotations

A portion of my pdf construction drawing is obscured by the reviewing engineers comment stamp while viewing this drawing on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2, 7.0.  I was viewing this with the AdobeReader version 10.2.1 app.  I did not have this issue when viewing the same drawing on my regular windows 7 desktop.  Can someone assist?  The tablet is very handy to store over 2000 construction drawings in a compact manner but will not work if the drawing details are obscured. Thanks.
