Viewer Builder on PC in Future?

Are there any plans to make the viewer builder available for PC users?  Or is that not ever possible?  I don't have access to a Mac and have no way of building a custom viewer....

    Making the Viewer Builder available on Windows to support building Android/Amazon viewers is on the roadmap, but it keeps getting pushed out for other features.
