Repeatedly having to install flash player??

Hi - over the last few weeks I have been having to install Falsh player almost daily.

It install no problem, but the following day it has to be reinstalled again - its driving me mad!

I'm running 64 bit and windows 7 using internet explorer 9.

 

Any suggestions??
