@Danilioneboy, Which edition of DPS did you purchased and which download section are you looking at? What is that you are trying to download? Please provide theses details for us to help you

I bought the single edition, i have the serial number and everything but it doesn't allow me to download the suite. In the download section (next to the serial number) it just says "not applicable".Thanks for your help.

More details…what do you mean “download the suite?” There’s nothing to download but the tools and plugin for InDesign.
