Creative cloud is a online service through which you have the access to all the Adobe Product and much more.
If you have the Creative Cloud then go to creative.adobe.com and log in with your Adobe Id and password , once logged in you will be able to get all the apps to download and install on your machine.
Thanks, but the Adobe Application Manager has the programs marked as installed, I tried doing that but it hasn´t worked. Any other suggestions? Can someone reset the Application Manager?
If your AAM (Adobe Application Manager) is showing the program installed then there could be two reason either you have the software installed or you had them earlier , in either case , run the Cleaner tool and then check in the AAM.
All right, I ran the cleaner and all programs had Install. I clicked on Acrobat X Pro, went through the installation, now it says Installation Complete - Launch App, but I can't click on it to launch the app! Any ideas?
