Volume lisence use outside company

My company has a volume license for 11 copies, not all are in use.  Can I install a copy for a contractor, that occasionally works for us?  This contractor uses their own pc, and does not connect to our network.

 

Not certain how the licensing works in thie regard.

    That's a good question and couldn't find a definitive answer for you in the EULA...  So it may be something you have to ask Adobe about directly:
