Cannot connect to server in BC module panel

I have been using cs4 to build bc sites for a while now.

I have downloaded the trial cs6 dreamweaver.

I cannot connect to the server when trying to access the bc module panel.

Am I missing something?

Is this not available on the trial?

I am using a mac osx10.6.8

    Make sure you've installed the latest updates for CS6.

     

    To check for the updates, go to Help > Updates.

     

     

    If that does not help, do you have any firewall software, proxy, or network filter installed?
    It may be blocking access.

    Still in dreamweaver hell.

    CS4 has no problems with this.

    It is forever logging into the server.

    No firewall, proxt or network filters that i know of.

    All software is upto date.

    It also takes forever to load the first page anytime I start dreamweaver.

    Not sure I can upgrade?

    Have upgraded still having the same problem. BC module wont connect.

    I have gone to updates and downloaded the extension manager update and got this error

    Adobe Extension Manager CS6 Update

    Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7

    Not sure if this is causing my problem???

    I have now re enstalled dreamweaver css 6. Is there any place that you can find any decent support for this expensive programme.

    There appears to be no support for issues that should not exist.  I have been using dreamweaver since macromedia 8 and this lack of support or information is appaling..

    Since you mention that the update failed to install, try installing it directly from Adobe.com instead of through Help > Updates.

    Thanks Carey, I did that. I did not work so I re installed the whole dreamweaver program.

    It is all up to date including the extension manager.

    The BC window still does not work.

    I then spent another hour searching adobe.com for support contact number or email.

    I found it eventually at 2am. I will call them now
