I purchased the Design Premium Creative Suite 5.5 within the time frame for the free upgrade, and received an email telling me what to do, but when I click the link, it tells me "Promotion code not valid in this store." I bought the student/teacher edition, so it's in the Adobe Education - North American store, but I read all the fine print and it said those were included with this promotion, hence receiving the email to begin with. In following the directions I added the upgrade to my cart and it remained the full upgrade price.
Any idea as to why it won't let me have my upgrade?
