PS5 upgrade to PS6

Received my free upgrade from PS CS5 to CS6 I have the serial numbers for the upgrade and the CS5, the message I receive when in stalling is: Serial No is valid but qualifying productcan not be found on this computer

Do you first enter the upgrade serial number and then qualify serial number on the next screen?
