No error msg. On opening index file in browser (Firefox) the "menu" is blank... no play button, no background. There is nothing special about the project. It is a slideshow produced in PPro CS6 and then dynamically linked.

Please post a screen shot of the flowchart of the project.

Also check the output folder for all the transcoded files. They all should be present there.

You might also want to try the security settings for Flash player. In CS6, the security settings are required when the output files are on some network location. This http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/communicate-internet-flash-cont ent.html might help.

Also try updating your flash player.

I did a quick test and I was able to get it running.

Checked security setttings
Latest flash player was/is installed

I have just created a new project, built I a slideshow (8 images) in Encore CS6 and successfully built a Flash Output and will investigate the PPro project/dynamic link tomorrow. Please don't investigate any further... I will advise results when available.

Additional testing has been undertaken:

Created new PPro project with dynamic link to new Encore project - No result (I.E. and Firefox)
Copied all files/folders created by point 1. above to a different computer - No result
With the same combination as point 1. above, selected DVD Disk Output (instead of Flash) and successfully produced a working DVD
Imported images into Encore and created slideshow - No result. This outcome really strange considering I was able to successfully do this yesterday!

Now at a loss what to do next...

I think the (my) mystery has been solved... PPro's sequence setting was 1920*1080 when I created a new sequence with 1280*720... it worked! Conclusion... Flash (i don't think Encore) does not "handle" Full HD.
