Installing a CS5.1 for Windows in a iMAC.

I have purchased a CS5.1 for Windows in october 2011, serial number XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, and I have installed it only one time. Now my PC is getting bad and I will buy a new iMAC. The question is: how ca I install the purchased CS5.1 in my new iMAC?
