How do I download a second CS5 for a new computer?

Last year I bought and successfully downloaded CS5 Design Premium onto an older PC running Vista.  Now I have a new PC (Windows 7) and would like to get CS5 installed on it.  I tried downloading it again, but it doesn't seem to be working.  Do I need to find the trial CS5, and start over like I did last year?  Suggestions?

    And exactly what isn't working? Yes, you need to install it properly, but you realyl need to provide a better descriptiojn of what you are doing to figure out any issues.

    Sorry to have been unclear about with the problem was.  As it turned out, everything had downloaded from Adobe properly -- the problem was that I couldn't find the downloaded files on the new computer.  Once I reread the documentation, found the file names, searched for and located the correct files, and unzipped and/or opened them, I was able to proceed with the set-up just fine.  In retrospect, it was a straightforward process once I followed those steps.  Thanks.
