We deleted a customer website on May 2 because it was transferred to a new hosting company and we didn't require it any more.
However, on May 19th $130 was taken from our Credit card and the site is showing again in our Partner admin.
We submitted a support ticket 24 hours ago and haven't received a reply yet?
NOTE: When we deleted the site we received all the warning messages and completed the questionnaire about why we were closing the site.
Can someone explain this please!

I tried to reply to your email but received a 'not found' error because the reply went back to the Forum developers.
My support ticket still hasn't been answered after sixty hours.
Quite frankly our BC/Adobe partnership has been an extremely disappointing experience that I would not recommend.
However, I would like to thank you for your help.
