InDesign Import Error

So... I was doing some updates to my test folio and when I wanted to update from the Folio Builder, the articles names (the letters) were colored in "gray" and wasn't able to update them (the menu didn't show the "update" option).

I decided to erase the articles in case it was an access route error (weird, since I didn't change the articles names) ... and when I click on "Import", this message appears:

An error has occurred while saving your changes.

[svr.SuspendedWorkspaceViolation]

I want to know what does that mean, I'll appreciate a lot your help!

cheers

Ericka

How did you erase the articles? Did you do it through acrobat.com or through the Folio Builder panel?

Let me look into it. To your knowledge, your account hasn't been disabled, has it?

Was this issue resolved? Last week my DPS worked fine and yesterday when trying to upload a new article I got same error.

I need to call customer service but was looking for an answer on the forum and found your issue.

    Thanks,
