Do Encore markers in Premiere CS6 move with edits?

One of the features that I had requested for CS6 was Encore markers that would be locked to a frame so that they would move with edits. Adobe Audition does this well. Was this feature implemented in Premiere CS6?

Unfortunately, no. Encore chapter markers are still not properly connected to a frame of video. So if you move a clip, you still have to move the chapter marker.
