approve exchange item please

I've been waiting patiently to be approved for my item in the exchange. Please approve it.

Customer service says there is nobody I can talk to, and know little about the adobe exchange or marketplace, yet chat representatives tell me to contact customer support. It never ends in a cycle, and I am getting the run around.

 

Please help!

    I have brushes submitted two years ago that are still listed as "status: new submission" and have yet to be approved. Unfortunately, I don't think the exchange is being updated any longer. Though they really should disable the upload option if this is the case. Quite frustrating.
