Which software should I use?

Hi all, I have a video in which I need to do voice-over narrations on it due to the fact that it is in a foreign language. I wanted to know which Adobe software do you recommend in doing this so I could try it out?? Thank you very much in advance for your help.

    I personally use soundbooth for the recording of the narrative. Then overlay the audio track in premiere. Works really nice if you have two monitors... you could have the video playing on one and soundbooth on the other.

    I think “soundbooth” is the best one for fulfill your requirement.
