If things look, well "wonky" today, Thursday, May 24, 2012, then clear your browser's Cache to get the "new" display. That will not affect the tiny fonts, but things will look better, and are more easily read - if you have good eyesight.
Also note: "In Response To," and Reply Numbers are back.
Out of curiosity, how did the forum look to you in FireFox this morning?
I almost gagged with Chrome, but a cache clean got things sorted right out.
The small font is a bit tough to read on my laptop, and if I zoom in to increase the font, I have to do a horizontal scroll on the main forum page, to see everything. For me, neither is the ideal, but the "corrections" are an improvement, so I will learn to live with it, and maybe get my "computer glasses" out of the briefcase, to help my tired, old eyes.
[Edit] OK, fixed the zoom and scroll issue. It was probably a little bit Chrome, and a little bit OE.
They looked messed up until I cleared the cache.
It is an improvement with the wasted space gone. But the font in the Discussions page could definitely go up a couple of points. And they changed things so that my red Updated flags are gone. I don't like that.
