The changes I make in Muse do not show on web

When I make my changes in Muse, they either show up incorrectly when I view my live site, or the changes do not show up at all.  I am uploading the files properly via Filezilla, but the end result is not what is shown in Muse.

 

The first pic is what I see in Muse, the second is what shows up on the web....please help!
